We use hot water extraction (steam cleaning), which is the method recommended by most major carpet manufacturers. It provides the deepest, most thorough clean and effectively removes dirt, allergens, and bacteria from deep within carpet fibers.
Most residential jobs take between 1 to 3 hours depending on the size of the area and the condition of the carpets. A standard apartment typically takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. We'll provide a time estimate when we confirm your booking.
Carpets typically dry within 4 to 8 hours after cleaning, depending on humidity, ventilation, and carpet type. We recommend keeping windows open or fans running to speed up drying. We'll walk you through drying tips after every cleaning.
A quick vacuum beforehand is always helpful but not required. We'll handle pre-treatment and the deep clean. If there are areas of heavy debris, we may vacuum those spots as part of our process.
We'll move standard furniture like chairs, small tables, and lightweight items. Larger pieces like beds, heavy dressers, and entertainment centers should stay in place. We can clean around them and get underneath where accessible.

We send invoices through our ServiceM8 system after the job is completed. You can pay online conveniently through the invoice link. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
We can remove or significantly improve the vast majority of stains, but some permanent stains (bleach damage, certain dyes, or very old set-in stains) may not come out completely. We'll always give you an honest assessment before we start so there are no surprises.
